Edinburgh’s NOAH NOAH have released a brand new video today and A&A are delighted to be showing you in first.
Writing songs together from the age of eleven, Fraser Fulton and Rowan Wood formed the band NOAH NOAH in Edinburgh in 2016, and quickly burst onto Scotland’s music scene with a set of distinctive alternative-rock songs.
The band have since embarked on a journey that in their first year saw them play alongside bands such as Idlewild, theLaFontaines and Model Aeroplanes, and live sessions for BBC Radio Scotland’s Janice Forsyth Show. 2016 came to a close with a feature in Vic Galloway’s ’25 Scottish Artists to Watch in 2017’ and a sold out hometown show in Edinburgh. 2017 saw the band release three studio singles, (Thick As Thieves, Cannibal Calling and Everest) and perform at industry showcase event XpoNorth and multiple British festivals including Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival and Kendal Calling.
The band also received strong radio support with airplay across the UK including BBC Radio Scotland, BBC Alba and Radio Summerhall. With a change in line-up, their second year closed with a support show for Fatherson and another UK wide headline tour to promote their release, Everest culminating in another sell-out home show.
NOAH NOAH have been experimenting with new material throughout the winter months and are now set to release their first single of 2018 in partnership with Vadana Records. The band has also been invited to perform at XpoNorth once again in June 2018 and will be hitting the road on a small four-date Scottish tour, promoted by Off-Axis taking in Dundee (June 14th) Edinburgh (June 15th) Inverness (June 16th) and Glasgow (June 17th)With more dates set to announce (including festivals) and new music ready to drop, 2018 will be another busy year for NOAH NOAH.
