Track Of The Week – Anna Sweeney – Change The Way I Dress

The release of Change the Way I Dress follows Anna’s summer pop single, Way Back When, which was followed by a sparkling, packed out headline show at Glasgow’s King Tut’s venue for the Summer Nights Festival.

Anna is currently planning a run of live dates for the coming months, including a headline show on November 9th at Stereo, Glasgow. With the promise of plenty of new material, a new on-stage setup and bold pop hooks aplenty, tickets are available for the show here.

With a groove inspired by Queen of Scandipop, Robyn, and a theme inspired by the turbulent infancy of a relationship, “Change the Way I Dress”  was written by Anna, and co-produced with JP Reid (of Marmaduke Duke, Sucioperro) who also took care of mixing and mastering.

Now poised to set off into 2020 armed with not one, but two EP releases on the horizon, the tail end of this year is an empowering and exciting turning point for Anna’s career.
