Bronston – Where Can I Hide – New Single – Out Now

Edinburgh based Bronston were born from the ashes of Sea Of Crowns and they have just released their newest single ‘Where Can I Hide’. I met these guys at an Off The Record event earlier in the summer and they are a perfect example of why bands should attend these kind of events. Bronston play Banshee Labyrinth on 27th October with Losing Ground. Get the single and name your price at their Bandcamp page.

Stillhound – Bury Everything – New Album – Out Now

Stillhound were one of Alive & Amplified tips for 2016 and they have now released their excellent debut album ‘Bury Everything’. I have a feeling this one could very well feature in the A&A albums of 2016. They played an excellent gig at the Voodoo Rooms a couple of weeks ago to launch the album. Drawing inspirations from Tame Impala, Interpol & Foals be sure to check out Stillhound live soon. In fact they are playing the Voodoo Rooms again on 27th October supporting another Alive & Amplified favourite in The Little Kicks. ‘Bury Everything’ is out now on Lost Oscillation Records.

Moonlight Zoo – Melting – New Single – Out 4th November

Moonlight Zoo formed in late 2014 and have wasted no time in spreading their infectious indie pop to the masses. Since their inception, the band have cut their teeth busking around the streets of Europe, followed by headline shows throughout Scotland. They made their live television debut on The Riverside Show on STV and were subsequently booked to headline Glasgow’s King Tuts Wah Wah Hut. This release follows on from the band’s previous single Breaking Or Broken, which was recorded by veter- an Scottish producer Bruce Rintoul (Twin Atlantic, Fatherson).

Savage Mansion – Everyone To The Savage Mansion – New EP – Out Now

Take Craig Angus from Poor Things, throw in some members of Catholic Action and Rapid Tan amongst others & get Suse Bear of Tuff Love to mix it all together and you get Savage Mansion. It’s infectious power pop. ‘Elwood’ has already featured twice on Summerhall Live and I am sure more of the EP will be featured more in the up and coming weeks. ‘Everyone To The Savage Mansion’ is out now on download an cassette on Cool Your Jets.
